Are there ukuleles for left-handed people?

Fortunately, the ukulele is a virtually symmetrical instrument in most of its variations. The standard strings also have very similar gauges between the outer and inner strings. This means that for most instruments, simply swapping the strings will be enough to 'transform' a right-handed instrument into a left-handed one. But there are exceptions: amplified instruments with preamplifiers, ukuleles with non-reversible images or missing shoulders, in which case reversing the direction of the ukulele would be awkward or unsightly.

How quickly will I receive the ordered goods?

From Monday to Friday, all orders arriving before 8.00 a.m. will be processed and delivered within these times:
24 hours for northern and central Italy
48 hours for southern Italy and islands
2-3 days for deliveries within Europe

We use the Italian Post Office for small packages with a low economic value, and DHL courier for all other packages.

What are the transport costs?

The costs vary depending on the delivery area and the product purchased. It is therefore not possible for us to quantify them in advance in this answer but they will be indicated in the basket before the order is confirmed. If you want to be sure of what you will pay, put the products in the shopping cart, indicate the delivery address and you will be able to check the total amount for transport costs live.

What if the parcel arrives damaged?

The responsibility of the goods is always ours until the delivery of the package, so if you notice that the package is badly damaged or the object purchased has a defect as soon as it is opened, write us an email immediately: any expense related to the replacement of the object purchased is totally at our expense.

How do I report transport damage?
Packages are made with the utmost care and are entrusted to serious and professional couriers, but it is possible that in rare cases the shipment is damaged.
